Permission groups
When you are an admin user on your Carma account you can set up and administrate Permissions to set up limits for other Carma users.
You can tie a user to specific Projects, Lists and Segments. You can also set restrictions for how much the users can or can not do within these areas, such as; View, Export, Create, Send etc.
Go to Account settings > Permissions.
Select the access levels for the three different areas:
Projects (view stats, export, create emails, send from project)
Lists (view list, import to, export from, send to this list)
Segments (use for send out)
And add Carma users to the group
An example from a permission group where limited user can:
Access project named “Campaigns” from where user can view statistics and export them, create emails and send emails.
User can also access recipient list named: “2013-08-21 Autoimport” where user can view list and export and send to recipients but not import to list.
User is also limited to one send out segment named “zip code > 4999”.
Please note, if a user still don ‘t have access to certain things on the Carma account?
If you have users that is connected to specific Permissions groups, and still is do not have access to do certain things on the Carma Account, look through the Permission groups that the users is connected to and see if there is any adjustments you can do in terms of limitations for this group/user.
