On the night between 20th and 21st of February we’ll perform a maintenance work on our servers.
It will cause downtime for approx. 3 hours and no messages will be sent nor API calls will be available during this time.
The work will start 2024-02-20 23:00 CET.
We also want to inform you about upcoming network changes in the Symplify infrastructure that will affect the transmission of HTTP webhooks. Starting from February 20, 2024, at 23:00 CET, these webhooks will be sent from a different IP.
If you have previously whitelisted the IP 81.201.223.153, we kindly ask you to update your settings to include the new IP, which is 192.165.55.113.
This adjustment ensures the seamless functioning of your webhooks.
